Some key responsibilities of the BI Specialist include:

• Identifying business requirements for dashboards/reports
• Designing and creating dashboards/reports
• Managing and optimizing existing dashboards/reports
• Internal stakeholdermanagement

You also support in big projects. An example is the selection of a new Cloud solution. In addition, we are growing rapidly as an organization and international acquisitions bring new challenges in terms of harmonizing the new entities at reporting level.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has strong analytical skills or in other words: can analyze large data sets and extract patrons and connections. Also, communicating with internal stakeholders at different levels and with different backgrounds is not a problem for you. You know how to get the necessary information to provide the stakeholders with their reporting needs (even if these needs are not yet completely clear to them). You are a team player but can also work well independently and with your proactivity you really make an impact!

What do you bring to the table:

• A bachelor degree (preferably towards IT or Business administration);
• 3 years of working experience in a similar role;
• Working experience with reporting tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau);
• Excellent English language skills;
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
